You will join
By working with the Club Med Cooking team, you’ll provide services that combine quality, freshness and volume, with:
- An average of more than 3,000 meals served daily
- Recipes for over 1,000 international dishes (world cuisine, local specialities and bistro food)
- A wide customer offering and diverse scope of work: buffet, plate service, show cooking, gourmet snacks, event catering, etc.
- A partnership with the Paul Bocuse Institute going back more than 15 years
- Guidance in your development from the Institut du Goût by Club Med.
