We provide HR employees with useful digital resources and make sure HR processes leverage digital tools and channels.
Employer Brand & Internal Communication
We communicate and mobilize internally and externally, in order to enhance employees’ and candidates’ experiences and to support the company’s (or BU’s) strategy.
We are responsible for the proper maintenance of the offices in terms of infrastructure, hygiene, and logistics. We also ensure the comfort, safety, and welcoming of Club Med’s staff and visitors.
G.O Holidays Controlling & Internal Missions
We are responsible for administrating the availability, visibility, and registration process of G.Os’ holidays in Club Med’s Resorts, in accordance with the terms of the current G.O Holidays agreement.
We take care of administrative HR tasks to enable HR teams to focus on HR processes elaboration and direct interactions with employees.
We Analyze qualitative and quantitative HR data to facilitate decision-making by HR or Operational Managers.
HR Top Management
We define the Group’s HR strategy and monitor its implementation, to ensure that Club Med always has an adequate workforce to answer business needs.
We guarantee the alignment of Club Med HR practices and strategy with legal requirements.
Learning & Development
We ensure constant learning and development actions in order to align workforce’s skills with strategic needs, for today and tomorrow, while developing our people employability.
Office HR Management
We lead the implementation of HR levers within a defined perimeter in order to achieve corporate strategic objectives: Organisation, Conduite du changement, performance, talent management, recruitment, social relations, etc.
We give internal advice and methodological support to all departments, in order to achieve Club Med’s transformation and strategic projects.
We administer payment-related operations and transactions, following the guidelines of the Compensation & Benefits team.
Qualité de la Vie
We provide G.Os in Offices with a range of products and services in order to contribute to our G.Os’ well-being at work.
We define the strategy and action plan to attract and to recruit Club Med’s talents corresponding to our needs.
We manage the relationship between the Group, its staff representatives and external trade unions.
We define Club Med’s sustainable development strategy, and ensure and provide support regarding its implementation and application in office and in resorts.
Village HR Business Partnering
We guarantee the development and career management of human resources of our scope and ensure proper implementation and running of HR processes in our village.
