With the objective of supporting Club Med’s business, we define the Group’s Finance strategy and ensure its implementation while monitoring financial risks.
We assess Club Med entities' level of compliance with internal control processes, laws and regulations, to provide Club Med with reasonable assurance as to the degree of control of its business activities and offer recommendations for improvement.
Risk & Insurance
We ensure the Corporate's risks coverage by preventing risks, insuring them and handling major claims and crisis. We also monitor emergency assistance and travel insurance worldwide.
We improve the Group's financial performance while minimizing tax risks.
Treasury & Financing
We ensure the optimal management of the Group's financial flows
