Your Development is essential for us, this is why since 2006, we have created a Talent University.
Its mission is to support personal development, boost performance and inspire your careers.
A team that is a partner in your development
The Université des talents is implemented in each of our Business units across the world with a team of dedicated trainers to accompany your development on the field.
We also value the know-how and expertise of our own teams by relying on an internal network of more than 130 occasional trainers, experts or business referees, who are called upon to pass on their knowledge and experience to their colleagues and new employees.
With the conviction that this is a real professional springboard, we integrate many interns and apprentices, from the second year of university to the second year of a Masters, for all our positions in our agencies and offices.
Every year we offer internships for a minimum of six months to young graduates who wish to put their knowledge into practice as well as acquire and develop new skills. The content of the internships is enriching with genuine tasks entrusted to the interns, responsibilities and a fulfilling environment. Supported by an internship supervisor, our G.Ss (Gracious Interns) receive an evaluation at the end of the internship.
Every year, we recruit students on apprenticeship contracts or professional training contracts for a period of one to two years. Apprentice training enables our G.As (Gentle Apprentices) to have a complete company experience and share unique values while continuing their studies. Supported by a tutor who is passionate about his or her profession, our G.As are prepared to enter the corporate world at the end of their apprentice contract.
We offer 12 to 24-month VIE (International Volunteer Programme) assignments in our country offices or in our villages, for young graduates who wish to enrich their professional career with an international and empowering experience: in the United States (Miami), Canada (Montreal), Singapore, Belgium (Brussels), Malaysia (Cherating), Thailand (Phuket), etc.
The eligibility criteria and the pay for volunteers are defined by Business France and are accessible on their website.
