Ensure the cleaning of the rooms before arrival / after departure, after any technical work, the courtesy rooms, rooms that have been empty for several days
Personalise the customer experience: be sensitive to the wishes, preferences and habits of the customer and take them into account systematically and discreetly throughout their stay.
Receive customer feedback tactfully and elegantly and feed it back to your manager as a source of proposals.
Pay specific attention to children, giving them special consideration, adapted to the needs of the child, their age and nationality.
Ensure the coherence of the atmospheric elements of the room, respecting the standards and preferences of GM: temperatures, odours, lights, noise etc.
Identify, respect and discreetly adapt to customers' habits and anticipate their needs (eg: consideration for the location of toiletries, ...)
