You are

Cultural sensitivity and understanding

Keen eye for detail and presentation
Ability and desire to take the initiative to develop the Events Department to its full operational potential.

You Will

Oversee the technical and operational quality of all of the lights and sound of the resort.
perform regular checks and inventory of equipment
Need to have the skill to blend technical skills with creative thinking
Identify the causes of technical problems and suggest effective and creative ways to solve them
Identify/anticipate problems posing a risk and report information to the appropriate person
Ability to provide hands on technical support for both lights and sound.
