    • Cultural sensitivity and understanding

    • Strong interpersonal, management and organizational skills with the ability to lead a small technical team
    • Keen eye for detail and presentation
    • Ability and desire to take the initiative to develop the Events Department to its full operational potential.

    You Will

    • Oversee the technical and operational quality of all of the lights and sound of the resort.
    • perform regular checks and inventory of equipment
    • Need to have the skill to blend technical skills with creative thinking
    • Identify the causes of technical problems and suggest effective and creative ways to solve them
    • Identify/anticipate problems posing a risk and report information to the appropriate person
    • Ability to provide hands on technical support for both lights and sound.
