    You are

    • Creative and skilled for creating innovative flavoursome cuisine to surprise our guests.
    • Meticulous, you master hygiene and safety regulations perfectly.
    • Passionate, you aim to inspire emotion in our guests.

    You will

    • Propose a variety of pastries at the buffet or in service at the bistronomic restaurant by personalizing the customer relationship
    • Assist the pastry chef in his different missions
    • Check the implementation, Enhancing and restocking the buffets (600 to 1,000 covers per service)
    • Managing a team of 1 to 2 pastry clerks
    • Guaranteeing the quality of the services, compliance with Club Med health and safety rules and the maintenance of the assets
