This selection method is structured around 2 essential steps : - 1st step : pre-selection Pre-selection is carried out by either sending a CV and covering letter or via our website. After a telephone interview, successful candidates are invited to a recruitment day. - 2nd step : the recruitment day In the morning : · Club Med Presentation and positions available within the resorts ; · Giving you the chance to speak and getting to know you better. In the afternoon : · Discovering your talents, · Expressing your individual and technical skills in a personal interview Integration and follow up Once candidates have been recruited our Human Resources coordinators are in charge of placing them in a club resort first in Europe and then in other continents depending on seniority and responsibility. HR coordinators are also in charge of monitoring our G.Os and G.Es career progression. |
