Your role
|
|
• The Land sports GO is the backbone of all sports teams and thus vital to the teams success. Land sports offers the widest range and variety of activities to the GMs and aims to include activities that anyone can participate in. These activities are open to GMs of all ability levels and the emphasis is on participation and fun.
• The Land sports GO should be the most visible and well known GO on the Sports Team, since he/she is everywhere throughout the day encouraging and helping GMs find some type of sport activity to participate in.

Your profile
|
|
• Must speak fluent English and French (third language helpful).
• Must be able to speak on a microphone in front of large groups of people in both French and English.
• Must know the general rules of, be able to participate in, and organize the following games: volleyball, basketball, roller hockey, soccer, softball, pool games (i.e. swimming races, polo, water volleyball etc.)Football, darts, bocce ball and ping pong.
• Experience teaching both adults and children.
• CPR and First Aid Certification a plus.
