Your role

• Organizing, guiding and training an international staff
• Managing the service personnel
• Welcoming the GMs’ to the restaurant, hosting and seating GMs
• Communicating information needed by the team
• Decorating the restaurant according the nights theme, and making it warm and friendly
• Respecting the Club’s standards
• Ensuring an excellent dining experience
Your profile

• Hotel industry Vocational Diploma or restaurant Vocational Training Certificate or equivalent to
• 1 year experience in supervising a team
• Bilingual preferred, English + French or Spanish.
