Your role

• Working as part of an international team led by a chef
• From prepping to cooking international cuisine to presenting the buffet, the job of a demi chef de partie is varied
• Attendance at buffets
• Preparation of cold and hot buffets under the guidance of a section head
Your profile

• Vocational diploma or extensive practical experience
• 1 year minimum "fine dining-style" restaurant experience
• Experience with decoration of buffets.
• Kitchen French
• Interest in learning new technical skills and methods of food preparation.
• Ability to take initiative is a plus.
